Anderson has worked as an Independent Oil
and Gas Landman since obtaining his B.A.
from Texas Tech University. He returned to
Texas Tech and obtained his MBA to gain
valuable business and management skills
essential to launch AED Group. With extensive
experience in the field in over 40 counties in
multiple states, Anderson has provided land
services and energy development for
numerous clients and actively managed
and/or contracted over 50 landmen.
Anderson understands the value of both
field training and classroom instruction, and
has prepared, produced and conducted
Landman Training Programs that vary from
Beginner Land Practicies to JOA Workshops
and Calculating NRI. In addition, Anderson
frequently attends workshops and forums to
further his energy industry knowledge.
With his focus on client satisfaction, Anderson
has built AED into a premier land services
firm, producing quality work by qualified
landmen.
Beggs, who received his MBA from Rockhurst
University, teamed with Anderson to establish
AED Group after 35 years of progressive
transportation and logistics experience.
During his career he held various sales,
marketing, and operations leadership
positions, led M&A efforts, developed
corporate-wide Process Improvement efforts
utlizing Six Sigma methodology, and prior to
joining AED Group, was President and CEO
of USF Bestway, Inc. Beggs’ leadership abilities
include building an effective team, managing
human and financial capital, and analyzing
business processes and customer needs to
maximize internal efficiency and service
quality. Since entering the oil and gas
industry, Beggs has worked with Anderson to
establish AED Group, and successfully
managed the acquisition of hundreds of
leases, delivering them to satisfied operators
and enabling them to develop and explore
the acreage quickly, efficiently and
cost-effectively. Beggs serves as AED Group’s
CFO and Business Manager.
