AED Group, LLC is currently purchasing mineral interests throughout Texas with a significant focus on Tarrant County, TX. By paying top dollar for the interests, AED has been able to successfully acquire over 200 tracts to date and is positioned to acquire over 500 more in the coming weeks and months. Success can be credited to our seamless purchase process where, as a mineral owner, you will experience a confidential and concise transaction whereby you execute a Mineral Deed in return for immediate payment. AED will not complete a transaction unless title is verified, outstanding liens are investigated and all interested parties are in agreement to the sale of the minerals. Should you need the funds immediately, AED can, in most cases, effectively check the title and close on the transaction that same day.
Why sell your minerals to AED? AED has built a reputation based on honesty, integrity, and the ability to pay you the day you execute your mineral conveyance.

In March of 2010 AED Group negotiated and sold a 5,931 acre lease in Wilbarger County, TX. The terms of the sale are private however, the companies involved in the play are very confident in the potential production of the acreage. Production has been established just across the Red River in Oklahoma and the leasing continues to remain active on both sides of the border.
The acquisition and divestiture of the leasehold was a great experience for AED as it continues to grow and shape itself as not only a servicing company but an asset management firm as well as a strong candidate to broker any possible deals.
The due diligence on the acreage was performed strictly within the walls of AED and was confirmed as "having good title" by the buyer. AED plans to continue to work certain parts of this play as it continues to mature and to grow.

Dallas, Texas, March 11, 2009 – Anderson Energy Development Group (AED) recently completed work on a 35,000 acre assessment, leasing and acquisition project in Southeast Texas. The project was completed in only 17 weeks at less than 60% of the anticipated bonus cost to the client.
The project, led by Gary Beggs of AED, was staffed with a 6-person crew less than four business days after the client initiated the project, with two additional landmen added within the first week. As the project matured, AED managed staffing levels and reduced contractor expense ahead of client requests.
AED was able to locate and contact 100% of the 119 mineral owners and successfully leased 99.16% of the targeted area. The single remaining potential lessor is now working with the client to reach agreement on specific surface issues as a result of AED’s initial and follow-up contacts.
The AED team provided turnkey services on all leases, including pre-lease research, payment requests and delivery, courthouse filing, transactions database management, and complete Mineral Ownership and Lease Purchase files. Comprehensive electronic files were also delivered to the client.
Gary Beggs, CFO of AED, said, “We pride ourselves on the quality of services we provide to our clients. Yes, we’re quick and efficient, but quality is our number one priority. Our business has experienced consistent growth in a down economy through our reputation for quality deliverables and hands-on management of every project.”
